PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor assembly constituted so that a flange can be easily attached and detached, it is not mechanically deformed when it is attached and detached, a certain coupling state can be obtained, the detached flange can be reutilized and the increase of the producing cost can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The end part of a photoreceptor 3 obtained by forming a photosensitive layer 2 on the surface of a conductive cylindrical substrate 1 provided with an inner end surface 3a. There, a recessed guide groove 7 extended in a direction reverse to the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 3 is disposed. The outer ring of the flange 5 having a bearing hole 4 through which a supporting shaft for rotatably supporting the photoreceptor 3 pierces at the center is provided with a circumferential contact surface 5a opposed to the inner end surface 3a of the photoreceptor 3. Projections 6 are equally disposed on the surface 5a. After the flange 5 is inserted in the end part of the photoreceptor 3 by making the projections 6 coincide with the facing aperture end of the groove 7, the flange 5 is attached to the end part of the photoreceptor 3 by mutually turning them in the reverse directions so that the projections 6 are introduced toward the inner side of ht groove 7. |
