摘要 First and second penetration conduction bodies (20,21) are connected to first and second internal electrodes (14,15). First and second peripheral conduction bodies (20a,21a) are connected to peripheries of the first and second internal electrodes. The penetration conduction bodies are arranged so that the magnetic field induced by current that flows to the internal electrodes might be mutually offset. The first conduction bodies penetrate a specific dielectric layer (12) inside a capacitor main body (13) so that the first internal electrode and a first external terminal electrode might be electrically connected in a condition that the second internal electrode is electrically insulated. The second penetration conduction bodies penetrate the dielectric layer so that second internal electrode and a second external terminal electrode might be electrically connected in a condition that the first internal electrode is electrically insulated. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a wiring board; (b) a decoupling circuit; (c) and a high-frequency circuit.
