PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based resin film having slight whitening by bleedout of anti-fogging agent and excellent initial anti-fogging properties and its durability. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based resin film comprises a polyolefin-based resin, anti-fogging agents (A) and (B). The anti-fogging agent (A) has 23-60 deg.C melting point and 2-12 HLB and is composed of two or more kinds selected from polyglycerol-based fatty acid esters of general formula (1). The anti-fogging agent (B) comprises a substance selected from a sorbitol fatty acid ester, a sorbitan fatty acid ester and an adduct of <=10 mols of an alkylene oxide to the ester, having <=50 deg.C melting point.
