PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wiper shaft of a wiper device provided on an openable window from breaking a pane by reducing impacts caused by the opening and closing of the window. SOLUTION: A drive mounting base 25 is provided on the indoor side of the window 11 of a cabin 6 via a shock-absorbing member 24 and a wiper drive such as a wiper motor 22 and a gear case 23 is fixed to the mounting base via a support member 27. The wiper shaft projecting from the gear case side is provided to pass through the outside of the window pane, and a rubber cover 33 is provided for covering the indoor side portion of the wiper shaft 2.
