SUBSTANCE: composition comprises aluminium-magnesium powder, phenol-formaldehyde resin and barium nitrate. Mechanical mixture is graphitized, and prior to mixing components, barium nitrate is treated with alcoholic solution, thus making it possible to increase substantially strength of composition, attain uniformly deep tightness of pressing composition into bottom plate and eliminate dismantling bullet due to premature operation of bottom plate in weapon barrel duct and also to assure high reliability of functioning of 7.62 mm arm or-piercing and ignition bullet.
