PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a liquid crystal display device integrated with a driver by reducing the leakage current when transistors in a driver circuit are turned off. SOLUTION: A high potential-side supply voltage Vdd2 of an inverter 33 in the final stage out of inverters 31 to 33 in plural stages which constituted a buffer circuit in the driver circuit is set to a value lower than a high potential- side supply voltage Vdd1 of the other inverters 31 and 32. A low potential-side supply voltage Vss2 of the inverter 33 in the final is set to a value higher than a low potential-side supply voltage Vss1 of the other inverters 31 and 32.
