摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-based foam capable of preventing fogging of glass, etc., caused by materials volatilized and sublimated at a high temperature, without deteriorating sealing performance, etc. SOLUTION: This rubber-based foam comprises a vulcanized foam obtained from a mixture containing at least a rubber-based polymer, a vulcanizing agent, a diazocarboxylic acid amide, a urea-based auxiliary blowing agent, and a process oil having a dynamic viscosity of 1-1,000 mm2/sec at 40 deg.C and a flash point of <=200 deg.C as components. Thus the rubber-based foam satisfactorily keeps rubber-like physical characteristics due to the rubber-based polymer so as to be excellent in the sealing performance, such as cushioning properties and compression properties, and further prevents deterioration of light transmittance of the glass plate, etc., because the process oil having the low dynamic viscosity and the low flash point volatilizes prior to the volatilization of the other volatile materials when the foam is allowed to stand at a high temperature, and adheres to the glass plate, etc., to form a hydrophobic hydrocarbon film so that the formed film prevents polar substances, such as urea, from attaching to the glass plate, etc., and inhibits the fogging of the glass plate, etc.
