PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope structure for greening which has a good sight immediately after construction, is suitable for growing nursery trees, and utilizes thinned wood and a slope greening method. SOLUTION: A plurality of form plates composed of wire nets or perforated plates are combinedly arranged on a slope in the longitudinal direction in such a way that the plates are faced to each other. Then support members 3 composed of small-diameter logs having inserting sections are inserted into the form plates from the side faces of the plates and fixed by burying the inserting sections by spraying concrete or mortar upon the inserting sections. Then a log wall 10 composed of small-diameter logs 11 is constructed between each paired support members 3 and an overflow-of-soil preventing sheet is laid on the mountain side of each log wall 10. In addition, trees are planted and soil is thrown in the space surrounded by the sheet and its mountain-side slope.
