PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate an insert from an insert-fixing part, when a cover is discarded. SOLUTION: An insert 4, where stoppers 13a and 13b are formed at a lower end on an outer-periphery surface, is embedded in an insert-fixing part 6 for fixing, when a cover 2 is molded for forming while the tip of the insert 4 projects from the insert-fixing part 6 by a height X, a bottom plate 7 coming into contact with the bottom surface of the insert 4 is formed in the cover 2, while the bottom plate 7 floats from the outer surface of the cover to an inner surface side corresponding to a height of Z, and at the same time, a joining part 10 with plate thickness which is thinner than the projection height X of the insert 4 is formed, so that the bottom plate 7 is connected to the cover 2, thus breaking the connection part 10 for separating the insert 4 from the insert-fixing part 6, when impact force is applied to the tip part of the insert 4.
