In a second embodiment, Fig. 3, a hopper 18 has a gate valve 19 and a conveyer 20, the latter being driven by an electric motor 23 and synchronized with an electric motor 21 by connecting their armatures in parallel, the motor 21 driving shaping and compacting rolls 13, 15 and 16.
