PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational assembly structure of an air conditioner unit utilizing a reinforcement bar. SOLUTION: A reinforcement bar 20 is constituted by a first half body 21 positioned at a driver's seat side and a second half body 22 positioned at a passenger seat side. Support members 24, 29 standingly provided and fixed to a car body floor portion are integrally formed on the respective open end. A case body 13 of an air conditioner unit 10 is positioned between the open end of the first half body 21 and the open end of the second half body 22 and is clampingly connected and fixed by the support members 24, 29 of the fist and second half bodies 21, 22.
