PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a curable resin composition having a high impregnatability and adhesiveness as well as a workability in a short time on the basis of a curability at ordinary temperature, as a primer used at the time of lining or coating onto the surface of an inorganic material such as concrete or cement mortar of buildings or constructions in the fields of architecture and civil engineering. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition is characterized by containing (A) a polymerizable composition comprising a radically polymerizable unsaturated compound and an epoxy resin with a weight ratio of the above radically polymerizable unsaturated compound/the epoxy resin of 5/95 to 95/5; (B) a polymercapatan-based epoxy hardener; (C) a radical polymerization initiator, and (D) a promoter of an organometal salt.
