PUMP HAVING PULSE MOTION REDUCTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a pump having a pulse motion reduction device which can further improve pulse motion reduction effect. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating pump part 4 is formed on one side part of a pump head composing wall 1 provided with an inflow passage 2 and an outflow passage 3, which pump part 4 has first bellows 7 driven and deformed through extension and contraction by means of an air cylinder part 14, and check valves 16a, 16b alternatively opened and closed to a pump actuation chamber 9a formed inside the bellows 7. The other side part of the pump head composing wall 1 is provided with a liquid chamber 20 capable of storing liquid discharged from the pump part 4 and second bellows 18 driven and deformed through extension and contraction, and forming an air chamber 20b separated from the liquid chamber 20a. A pulse motion reduction device 5 is thus composed for eliminating pulse motion of the liquid discharged from the pump part 4 through capacity variation of the liquid chamber 20a. An extension ratio of the second bellows 18 exceeds that of the first bellows 18.
