The invention concerns a delivery valve device for fluid compressor. Said device comprises a valve plate (11) with a delivery passage (10) closed by a delivery valve (22) pressed against the valve plate by a spring (30). The valve plate (11) comprises an in-built housing (12) for receiving the valve and the spring, with a shape adapted to said elements to maintain them in position and prevent them from rotating. The invention is particularly applicable to coolant compressors.
