PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged foods capable of imparting the sense of eating similar to having a meal in eating the foods, capable of being preserved at normal temperature for a long term, capable of being eaten directly from a package and capable of freely being carried and/or preserved as they are even in the middle of being eaten, and to provide a method for producing the same foods. SOLUTION: One kind selected from the group consisting of bean-curd soup seasoned with red pepper, stews, curries and soups all of which are already cooked is smashed into a food of a flow condition. The food of a flow condition is filled in the package of a heat-resistant-sheet bag with a spout, and the mouth end faces of the spout are sealed with a sealing material and additionally closed with a cap. Then the packaged food is sterilized under an autoclaving condition. The particle diameter of solids in the food of a flow condition is preferably <=8 mm and dried solids content in the food of a flow condition is preferably 15-45%. |
