PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a market value measuring method and a recording medium that has the method recorded thereon in which market value judgement of an individual in the work market is objectively and easily made. SOLUTION: The method provides judgement on the market value of an individual who answers each questionnaire item in a questionnaire card. Questionnaire items of the card are classified into the address of beforehand added evaluation item (T3). After receiving the inputs (T2) of the codes in which questionnaire items are answered, input values are converted into points (T4). The points are summed up for every evaluation item (T5) and are recorded in a file (T6). The evaluation items include seven items, i.e., a physical strength/ health maintenance control capability item, a latent capability item, a will power item, an item related to setting the power of future view, a strategic planning power, item, an item on leadership and management capability, and an item related to professional capability. |
