PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the valid hit ball detector of a motor-driven type pachinko stand for avoiding the collision of a hit ball and a return ball at a detection position and improving the detection performance of accurately detecting the valid hit ball number of pachinko balls by combining the detection function of valid hit balls for detecting the discharge completion operation of the hit ball and a return ball prevention function for preventing the return action of the hit ball once discharged. SOLUTION: This motor-driven type pachinko stand for leading the pachinko ball hit from the hitting device of the pachinko stand to a game position along a guide rail is provided with a sensor disposed at the terminating end part of the guide rail for detecting the passing of the hit ball and a return ball prevention means disposed on the lower side of the sensor for making the hit pachinko ball pass through, allowing discharge to the game position and preventing the return action of the pachinko ball detected in the sensor.
