ANTIFRICTIONAL PLASTIC LUBRICANT

摘要

There is described an anti-frictional metal-polymer lubricant having increased quality of worn-in details that are exposed to friction. Between surfaces that are exposed to friction there is formed isolating-layer film of metal-polymer lubricant due to friction force. The thickness of said film is 2 to 3 micrometer. That film having a small friction coefficient is able to cope with large-scale load. The mentioned layer-film possesses the vibration-suppresser quality. It recompenses partly the wear and tear of surfaces that are exposed to friction as well as it decreases formation of scratches and seizing of them. Copper and tin oxides as well as salts of them being included in the composition of lubricant decrease the ingress of hydrogen into metal structure of friction surfaces. That also decreases the wear and tear in their turn. Organic compounds of copper and tin increase antioxidant-action of lubricant.
