PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge whether the synchronous follow-up of a DLL circuit 30 is normally driven or not. SOLUTION: The spread spectrum receiver is provided with a judgment circuit 40 for judging whether the DLL circuit 30 is normally driven or not by measuring a symbol error rate(SER) or a bit error rate(BER) from a demodulation signal of a pilot signal outputted from a synchronous detection circuit 20 and comparing the measured value with a threshold. |
