PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sheet formed of a plurality of channel-shaped formed bodies in parallel with in the manufacture proceeding direction. SOLUTION: A delivered sheet-shaped base is moved forward along a plurality of radial forming guides converged in the proceeding direction and then moved forward along the parallel guides. Simultaneously at least one or more of the sheet-shaped bases between the radial guides and the parallel guides are pressed and folded three-dimensionally to form a channel-shaped formed body sheet formed of a plurality of channel-shaped formed bodies.
