PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device having a moving block capable of moving a guide rail by low resistance in light loading, and capable of applying suitable moving resistance according to load to be applied. SOLUTION: A track rail 20 is provided with a rolling surface formed part 40 having rolling element rolling surfaces 41, 42. The moving block 50 is arranged so as to overstride the track rail 20, and rolling element rows 81, 82 composed of many rolling elements to be rolled on both rolling element rolling surfaces 41, 42 of the track rail 20 are provided so as to be circulated in the moving block 50. Respective rolling element rows 81, 82 are constituted by connecting spherical balls 83 to barrel-shaped rollers 84 tapered toward the tip in the section in the axial direction of the curvature radius larger than the radius of the balls by a connector belt 85, and the sectional shapes of rolling element rolling surfaces 41, 42, 66 and 67 for constituting load passages 55, 56 have the approximately equal curvature radii as the barrel-shaped roller 84.
