COMPLEX METALLIC PRODUCT AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the detachment of stuck surface of a complex metal easier in a comparatively simple method of insert formation for integration difference metals to obtain complex metal parts. SOLUTION: A method for producing the complex metal product integrally fixed with a metal member by laying a metal blank and the metal member in a metallic mold and forging the metal blank is provided with a first step in which the metal blank is laid on a first laying position in the metallic mold and the metal member is laid on a second layer position and a bulging space formed with the metal member whose inner wall is formed at least pertly of metal member is formed in the metallic mold, and a second step in which the blank is bulged into the bulging space by forging so as to fill the bulging space with bulging part of the metal blank and the forged material of the metal blank and the metal member are integrally fixed. After executing the second step part of the metal member is interposed between the bulging part and a portion positioned in the first laying position of the forging method.
