PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shape-holding materials extruded simultaneously with extrusion-molding a glass run. SOLUTION: In extrusion-molding the glass run, bent parts 10a, 10b of the glass run are extruded with their developed at prescribed bent angles along with thermoplastic olefin resin by an extruder, after vulcanizing the extruded glass run base material 18, the bent parts 10a, 10b are bent into the prescribed bent angles while cooling, and then the bent parts 10a, 10b are held at the bent angles by the rigidity of the olefin resin hardened by the cooling. This constitution can drastically reduce the shape-holding materials 20a, 20b for holding the bent angles α2, β2 of the bent parts 10a, 10b right after the extrusion. |
