PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation mat for a vehicle reliably positioned in the rotating direction around a lock pin when it is merely installed with only one lock pin coupled with a coupling hole and hardly causing displacement and wrinkles regardless of the movement of legs and the inclination state of an installation face. SOLUTION: This installation mat 2 for a vehicle is provided with one stick section 6 removably abutting and sticking on the other stick section 6 provided on the installation face 1 side of a hook-and-loop fastener 5 at the position near a coupling hole 4 hooked on the lock pin 3 provided in the erected state to the installation face 1 on the back face of the installation mat 2 installed on the installation face 1 at the feet of a seat section or a deck section.
