PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly grasp the positions of placed components and increase the availability by reducing a tact, only when there is the possibility of the interference between the components. SOLUTION: The coordinates laid-out on an XY table 31 is divided into cells of an appropriate area for expressing the coordinates by a two-dimensional matrix, and the matrix table (RAM 603) is assigned to each cell to be stored. Each time and electronic component is mount, the main body CPU 601 of a controlling section calculates a cell corresponding to the component from the coordinates values of the location where the component is placed, and updates the contents of the RAM (cell values) which is laid out to nearby cells. When a new electronic component is to be placed, the tact for placement is so controlled, referring to a cell value of a target coordinates, that the tact is reduced, when the cell value is any other value than '0', and when the cell value is #'0', the installation tact is controlled as being without tact limitation. |
