PURPOSE:To improve the transfer accuracy of signal pits and the adhesiveness to a plastic substrate so as to improve reliability by using electron ray curing hydrogenated polybutadiene and polythiol for an electron ray curing resin of an information recording carrier. CONSTITUTION:The resin layer of the information recording carrier consisting of the plastic substrate and a resin layer on which information is recorded is formed by curing the electron ray curing resin contg. the electron ray curing hydrogenated polybutadiene and polythiol. The hydrogenated polybutadiene which has the number average mol.wt. ranging 1,000-5,000 and is provided with 1-2 electron ray reactive acryloyl group or methacryloyl group at the terminal is used. For example, glycol, triol, etc., i.e., ethylene glycol bis(thioglycolate), etc., are used and the compounding ratio thereof is preferably 1$10pts.wt. polythiol compounded with 100pts. hydrogenated polybutadiene.
