PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure an attachment space for a resonator, avoid troublesome operations while dispensing with an attachment tool for the resonator, eliminating layout restriction caused by fluctuation of frequency, and dispense with heat countermeasure of the resonator. SOLUTION: An oscillation absorbing part 9 is arranged in the vicinity of a vehicular side opening of an inlet pipe 3 in which one opening 3a is connected to a fixed intake duct and the other opening 3b is fixed to an air cleaner 1 fixed to an engine. A resonator 18 integrated with the inlet pipe 3 is arranged on a downstream side of the oscillation absorbing part 9. The resonator 18 is provided with fixation parts such as brackets 19, 20 which are arranged on a transmission and attached to the air cleaner 1 connected to a water pipe 22 connected to the engine and the air cleaner 1 connected to a cylinder head cover of the engine, followed by fixation.
