MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUBLIMATION-TYPE THERMO-TRANSFER RIBBON

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of sublimation-type thermo-transfer ribbon which can obtain a printing concentration of 1.14-1.27 and has excellent adhesive strength with an exfoliation force of 47-50gf/cm without no melt adhesion. CONSTITUTION: The ribbon is manufactured by installing an anka layer(60) between a substrate(40) and a sublimation-type dyestuff layer(10) of Yellow, Magenta and Cyan by coating an anka ink composition including binder and solvent in a gravure printing method, to coat one surface of the substrate(40) by 0.05-1.50g/m¬2. The anka layer(60) has the same dyestuffs as the sublimation-type dyestuff layer(10), and the ratio of the dyestuffs is 10-50 weight parts per 100 weight parts of resin.
