PURPOSE: A device for rotating a disk is provided to mount the disk on a centering hub to rotate the disk even when an error is generated to an ID(Inner Diameter) of the disk, thereby securing stability of a recording reproduction, and suppressing noise. CONSTITUTION: A stator(120) is slided and supported to a bottom of a rotating axis(110). A centering hub(130) is pushed-up to an upper end of the rotating axis(110), and performs a disk centering by forming an incline of a determined angle. A magnet(132) is formed to an upper inside of the centering hub(130). The centering hub(130) is connected to a center surface of a rotor(140). The rotor(14) is located as a form covering the stator(120). The magnet(132) is installed to an inside of the rotor(140) with the stator(120) to generate an electromagnetic force. An eccentric preventer(150) is located between the centering hub(130) and the stator(120), and prevents an eccentricity caused by an ID(Inner Diameter) error of the disk mounted on the centering hub(130). The eccentric preventer(150) comprises as follows. A center of a guider(151) is inserted in the rotating axis(110). Both ends of the guider(151) contact to both sides of the rotor(140). Pin springs(152) are prolonged from a one upper surface of the guilder(151) to the centering hub(130) to have a determined elastic force. The pin springs(152) are over a maximum error range of the disk, and located to an outside of the centering hub(130). The pin springs(152) endow the elastic force to a mounting direction and a vertical direction of the disk.
