The connector has a flanged cylindrical shell (1) with two pins projecting from its base for an aerial connection. Between the two coaxial elements (2) inside, are interlocking connecting blocks, the cable end being connected to the upper blocks. Also between these elements is a hinged flap (15) forming the clamping arm for the cable end. The hinge is formed by at the corners of the flap, which fit into vertical slots (18) in vertical side guide (17), with overhanging taps (20) to retain the projections. The under surface of the hinge has ribs across it, forced against ribs across the surface (22,23), below when a clamping nut (29) is tightened on an upwardly projecting screw between the hinge projections are incorporated clamping elements (24,25) to hold the flap in position.
