PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete blocks for a revetment promoting workability in a construction site, at the same time, stably supplying materials, reducing a material cost and preventing the lowering of function by corrosion. SOLUTION: Approximately spindle-lik projections 11 are so constituted that the central parts between both tops of the projections 11 are connected to each other with a joint section 12 in a state to arrange them approximately parallel with each other so as to put the tops to the same side. A through-hole 13 passing through in the longitudinal direction of the projections 11 is made between the projections adjacent to each other. A space 14 enlarged toward the top side from the central part is formed between the projections 11. This space 14 displays a soil holding mechanism, and a living space for aquatic creatures is provided. It is desirable that the projections 11 and joint section 12 are formed of normal concrete or porous concrete.
