PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and fully close a shutter by enabling smooth moving opera tion by making small the resistance force at the time of insertion or extraction of a minidisk. SOLUTION: A plate material 3 for closing the shutter of a disk holder 1 has a shutter engagement part 7 which is fitted in and put out of a shutter opening part bored in the shutter 5 of a minidisk cartridge 4, a plate material fulcrum part 10 which engages a support part 9 projecting from the flank plate 8 of the disk holder 1 in a swingable state, and a push-up part 12 which abuts against the flank part 11 of the inserted minidisk cartridge 4. The resistance at the time of the insertion and extraction of the minidisk cartridge 4 becomes small and smooth inserting and extracting operation is enabled.
