PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate stationary subject image as noise from a recorded image to enhance measuring precision. SOLUTION: In a method for measuring movement amount or a mobile speed by the use of mutual correlation of continuous images photographing a mobile body, a time mean brightness value of each image or a minimum brightness value in a time-based pickup image group is subtracted from an original image, so that a stationary body image is eliminated as noise, and mutual correlation of images, in which a mobile body image is selectively left behind, is taken. |
