PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattle at the time of running by easily positioning even large parts. SOLUTION: A wiper base 1 is secured to a vehicular body with a wiper shaft 21 of a wiper 2 (for wind shield) penetrating through a through hole 13. A flange 12 is formed so as to extend toward three directions of an outer periphery of the wiper base 1. A bearing surface part 11 is downwardly extended from the wiper base 1 toward the vehicle and formed at two parts. A front hood is provided with a cutout 31 corresponding to the wiper base 1 so as to be freely opened and closed. A rim part facing on the cutout 31 is provided with recessed parts 32 at two parts having an cushion 4 secured to a side end part thereof. The bearing surface part 11 abuts to the cushion 4 to position the front hood when the front hood is closed.
