PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely inform a subscriber about call transmission/ reception recording and/or speech recording and to allow the subscriber to acquire the recordings. SOLUTION: In a system configuration consisting of subscriber terminals 2, 7, an exchange processing section 4, a TCP/IP network 5 and a public line network 6, recorded call transmission/reception recording information and/or speech information or incomplete call transmission reception information are generated and automatically delivered to a predetermined electronic mail address in a form of an electronic mail immediately after a prescribed time or at a designated time.
