PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect catching of an object when the end of the object is caught, by arranging a pressure sensitive means in an opening so as to position a part of the pressure sensitive means toward an opening/closing part side than a position where an object exists, when the vicinity of the end of the object is caught by the opening/closing part. SOLUTION: When an object 30 is caught between a window frame 16 and a window glass 17, a pressure sensitive means 18 touches the object 30, an elastic body 27 of the pressure sensitive means 18 is contracted, and a hollow part 29 is smashed. A piezoelectric sensor 18 is largely deformed thereby and the elastic body 27 is contracted so that the deformation of the piezoelectric sensor 28 is increased. Then, acceleration, or a secondary derivative of the deformation is enlarged and consequently the output signal of the piezoelectric sensor 28 is enlarged. This constitution can facilitate discrimination of signal components in original catching from signal components caused by the external vibration and electric noise. When the vicinity of the end of the object is caught, the detector can easily detect the catching. |
