PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a standing signboard in which a display panel can be easily dismounted and a new display panel can be mounted by fitting the display panel to a frame, which is framed by using rails each having an L-shape cross section and mounting the display panel to the frame body of the signboard. SOLUTION: The display panel 11 consists of a thin sheet material having a longitudinally long rectangular shape and on its front surface of which 'UN DER CONSTRUCTION', 'WORK PERIOD', 'CONSTRUCTOR', 'CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLES', etc., are displayed. The display panel 11 is mounted at the frame body 1 of the frame and is in this case retained at the edges by the frame. Then, the display panel 11 is freely attachable and detachable and may be used by mounting the display panel 11 necessary for the work at the frame body 1. The frame 12 for mounting the display panel 11 to the frame body 1 is formed by framing the rails consisting of the L-shape cross sections. The frame 12 is so dimensioned as to be fittable to the frame body 1. The frame 12 is fitted to the frame body 1 and is mounted with fastenings 20 at four points for the purpose of preventing disengagement.
