PURPOSE: A connecting structure of precast concrete segment blocks is provided to prevent an unnecessary increase of weight of concrete block, to be easy in construction and to keep a good construction quality. CONSTITUTION: A connecting structure of precast concrete segment blocks includes a plurality of hollow precast concrete segment blocks(10) connected continuously, and a plurality of coupling parts(11) provided for mounting connecting medium along the external surface of both ends of the precast concrete segment blocks. Opened surfaces of the precast concrete blocks are arranged to be opposed to each other to face the coupling parts to each other and the coupling parts are coupled with the connecting medium.
