At this time, the size of the bag 1 is of such a capacity that the areas of the arch of a foot and peripheral edge part 5 of the arch of a foot are filled with a number of spherical bodies or approximately spherical bodies 2. A tiptoe stepping part 12, arch part 14, arch spherical edge part 15, and heel part 17 divided into four with the recessions and protrusion of each contact part adjusted are filled with the approximately spherical bodies 2, sewn to form a spherical body bag, and constituted as footwear. By this constitution, it is possible to stimulate contact parts in a sole concentratively and to promote blood circulation.
