<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gas treating auxiliary that clogging is hardly caused at a hopper, etc., of a feed unit, stable discharge from a fixed delivery machine is allowed, stable fixed feeding into a waste gas duct is performed and waste gas treating efficiency is hardly varied and also to provide a waste gas treating method using the waste gas treating auxiliary. SOLUTION: The waste gas treating auxiliary is composed of the pearlite having 0.15-0.30 kg/l unit volume mass and 1.0-2.3 kg/l true density. In the bag filter type waste gas treating method in which >=1 kinds consisting of a neutralizing agent and an adsorbing agent are blown into the waste gas, the waste gas treating auxiliary consisting of the pearlite having 0.15-0.30 kg/l unit volume mass and 1.0-2.3 kg/l true density is blown in addition to the neutralizing agent and the adsorbing agent.</p> |
