摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register circuit capable of reducing the number of elements of a transistor T.SOLUTION: A signal generation circuit of each stage includes: a set terminal in which the output signal of the preceding stage is input; a first diode D1 in which the anode is connected to the set terminal; a reset terminal in which the output signal of the next stage is input; a first transistor T1 in which the cathode of the first diode D1 is connected to a VGL when the gate is connected to the reset terminal and the output signal of the next stage is inputted to the gate; a second transistor T2 in which the source is connected to the output terminal and a clock signal is inputted from the drain; a transistor T3 in which the source is connected to the VGL and the drain is connected to the output terminal; an inverter circuit composed of the fourth transistor T4 and the fifth transistor T5; a sixth transistor T6 in which the gate of the second transistor T2 is connected to the source, the drain is connected to the cathode of the first diode D1, and the gate is connected to a VGH; and the second diode D2 in which the anode is connected to the VGH. An input point of the inverter circuit is connected to the cathode of the first diode D1, the output point is connected to the gate of the third transistor T3, and a high potential connection point is connected to the cathode of the second diode D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
