PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth steering under control of a steering HST while reducing torque necessary for operating a steering handle by a steering valve unit. SOLUTION: Right and left axles are connected through a differential gear, a steering HST120 giving a rotational speed difference to a planet gear mechanism constituting a differential gear to perform steering is arranged, a hydraulic actuator 110 turn operating a trunnion lever 126 of the steering HST120 is constituted so as to be driven by operating oil fed from a steering valve unit 100 arranged in a base part of a steering handle, and a steering handle straight advancing direction return means is integrally provided in the hydraulic actuator 110.
