PURPOSE: A device is provided to convert continuous kinetic energy to electric energy while traveling a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: While reciprocating a piston(17), the piston is inputted to a damper cylinder(15). The damper cylinder is inputted to an outer cylinder(23). Herein, inside of the outer cylinder is compressed for discharging fluid(39) through a fluid opening(22). The fluid is transferred along a connect pipe(18) for being inputted to a generate cylinder(25) through a fluid passing aperture(24) of the cylinder. A permanent magnet(27) of the generate cylinder is moved toward an air passing aperture(26) for inducing current to a coil(31). Herein, amount of current is varied by adjusting radius of the generate cylinder and wound number of the coil. The induced current is collected by a current collect control unit(41).
