The invented device (1) for equalizing pressure impacts in possible explosions of powder or gases in enclosed systems such as silos, pipelines and the like contains a hinged lid (3) that swings about a swing axis (4) on a discharge on pipe coupling (2). The hinged lid (3) is at least partially performed as a hollow body so it is lighter and it can be safely brought into open position at higher velocity.
