Telecommunications have developed considerably but still present certain limitations in particular for handicapped individuals for whom communication presents serious inconveniences. The inventive system comprises a plurality of machines which function in an independent and/or combined manner and are intended for public and/or private use. Essentially the system of the invention comprises a machine for domestic use which permits multiple functions in telecommunications, and security services against fire and health services, in addition to electronic mail; a mail box for domestic and/or community use for any type of communications; a television set with multiple functions in addition to its conventional function; an apparatus which performs medical video consultations similar to videoconferences with pharmacies, hotels, service areas and the like and a telecommunication machine for blind, deaf and dumb persons. |
