PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fire resistance without deteriorating battery characteristics by adapting a material, having a phosphate added thereto for an organic electrolyte and a material having a polar group for a separator. SOLUTION: An organic electrolyte is impregnated in a fine porous separator 7, interposed between a positive electrode formed a positive electrode current collector 1 and a positive electrode active material 2 applied to the surface thereof and a negative electrode 6 which consists of a negative electrode current collector 4 and a negative electrode active material 5 applied to the surface thereof. This organic electrolyte is formed by adding a phosphate, for example, trimethylphosphate or triethylphosphate to a solution obtained by dissolving a lithium salt to a carbonate-based organic solvent, and this can improve the fire-resistance. As the material of the separator 7, a polyolefin resin, such as polypropylene or polyethylene having a polar group such as -SO2Na introduced thereto or paper can be adopted. According to this, permeability of the carbonate to the separator can be improved. |
