PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bonding a plastic clip to a natural fiber type porous member in consideration of an excessive molten part by low energy without exerting the adverse effect of heat on the rear surface of the plastic clip or applying a dent to the rear surface thereof and the plastic clip used in this bonding method. SOLUTION: The bonding surface of the base part 5 of a plastic clip 1 has a welding region 6 and a non-welding region 7. A plurality of meltable projections 9 protruding toward a natural fiber type porous member and a plurality of recessed parts 10 provided so as to be adjacent to the projections 9 to house an excessive molten part are formed to the welding region 6 and a standard surface part 11 for determining the welding height of the plastic clip is formed to the non-welding region 7.
