PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer concrete row style house having a new resistant wall structure instead of a conventional rigid structure and a wall construction and secure the degree of freedom of use of the inside habitable space in the row style house and the design of the front faces and enable various designs and reconstruction meeting requests of residents. SOLUTION: This multi-layer concrete house is constituted of right and left resistant concrete walls 1 oppositely arranged, a resistant concrete ceiling wall 2, and a resistant concrete floor wall 3, and has a cylindrical resistant concrete wall structure 4 as a unit opened at the front face and the rear face. A multi-layer concrete house resistant wall structure 8 in which the floor wall 3 in the upper floor unit of cylindrical wall structure 4 is used in common as the ceiling wall 2 in the lower floor unit of cylindrical wall structure 4 is formed. A stuck wall or fittings where no bearing wall is formed at the front open face part 5 and the rear open face part 6 of each unit of cylindrical wall structure 4 are installed to define habitable spaces.
