摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately control the emitted light quantity of a stroboscope by raising the measuring resolving power of the emitted light quantity of the stroboscope. SOLUTION: An output pulse indicating that a constant current is drawn out once from a capacitor in which photoelectric currents are stored is counted (311). When this count value reaches a first comparison value (312), the light emission of the stroboscope is made to be temporarily stopped. The stroboscope is made to dividingly emit light by repeating the above operation. Moreover, when a count value reaches a second comparison value 322 by accumulating the output pulses from the starting of the divided light emission and by counting them (321), the light emission of the stroboscope is made to be completely stopped. Since the constant current can be set to a small value by the divided light emission, the measuring resolving power can be enhanced. Moreover, an entire emitted light quantity can be correctly controlled by the counting of the second comparison value 322.
