The device includes a suction manifold (11) of a ventilation casing (111) and a distribution regulator slide valve (1V) having a translation movement. The ventilation air flow direction changing in the diffusion sleeve is accomplished by with the aid of a single movement of the distribution regulator. The translation movement of the regulation slide valve puts the diffusion sleeve in communication alternatively with the suction manifold or the ventilation casing.
